Apparently we are on a poppy seed dressing kick because the next week my friend made a Chicken Apple salad with poppy seed Dressing.
I'm excited to see what we have for lunch this week. I will share some of the recipes that we have in the future. Maybe this will inspire you to get together with your coworkers and do something similar. We plan on bringing in a panini maker soon too and it can help us make some of the fun recipes we have all pinned. We've even started a lunch club group board on Pinterest to help us come up with some meal ideas.
Thanks for stopping by!
BRILLIANT idea. If I still worked, I would totally try and arrange the same thing. Both of those recipes look AMAZING.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant idea (and the salad looks fabulous)!

What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteYum they look delicious! We used to do this at work about once a month, and I worked with a lot of Indians and Italians, I always thought my stuff was boring compared to theirs. I really would love the recipe you used (we don't have that magazine here)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a terrific idea! That poppyseed salad looks sooooooo good.
ReplyDeleteOh that's a brilliant idea and a great way to get to try lots of fun recipes...plus it's nice to not have to cook sometimes and sit back and enjoy! Wish I had done this when I worked in an office!
ReplyDeleteThat chicken salad sounds so good! I'm making some tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness - what a great idea! When I worked outside the home our design room would have little potlucks every week and it was so fun. Both of those selections sound amazing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea! That chicken salad so tasty!
ReplyDeleteOh what a fun idea! It must feel like a real treat to not have to make lunch and to try out new recipes with your friends!
