Patriotic Cupcake Liner Wreath

This coffee filter wreath is the wreath that keeps on giving.  I first created the wreath for a spring and summer design.
I removed the embellishments and created a Valentine Wreath with some simple hearts added instead.

This is the next version I have created. I figured that this wreath could go from Memorial Day to July 4th.  I had some cupcake liners that I bought for less than a dollar at Jo-Ann Fabrics last summer.  I added the the liners by wrapping them every few inches around the wreath.

I still have plenty of liners leftover in the package to actually use for cupcakes.  I had some leftover star decorations from the Dollar Tree and I attached those where the hearts and previous fabric flowers were placed.  Thanks for stopping by!

  5. love the fourth of july sprucing up! especially that you didn't have to make a whole new wreath - these are my kind of projects since we don't have the room to store it all! :)

  13. Such a cute and creative idea! I use the foil liners that have extra white paper liners in between them, so I have a lot of these laying around. This would be perfect! I have to try this sometime. I'd love for you to share it on my Sweet Tooth Tuesdays blog link party, this is an idea I know my readers would love.
